Hi,

Not sure what I've done but when a new person makes a comment the subscription confirmation email that is normally sent out to them isn't. I can't work out what I might have changed to cause this? No subscribers are showing up under Manage > Subscribers.

Any ideas where I should look to resolve this?

Did it ever work, or has it stopped working?
Have you changed any of the code?
How many subscribers did you have? Is it possible they unsubscribed?
Is the "Notify me of new comments via email" checkbox showing?

Thanks Steven - I had unchecked the "Notify me of new comments via email" option in the backend. Knew it was going to be something simple. Thanks very much!
