I did a search and found this topic has been discussed before but I still couldn't solve my problem.

I have unticked Settings - Processor - Name - Unique name.

Still, I am not able to post comments with different names using the same email address. Visitors comment often with slightly different nicknames but it will fail if the system requires always the name to be written exactly as before. What else should I change to turn this feature off?
