I made a few changes in wording just to make it less confusing for us average Bears.
I think that instructions for page "intergration" (ie adding the script to an existing web page) and (link) page "creation" (ie adding a page dedicated to the script) should be separate. I know that the instructions are basically the same, but there are those that wish to link the script and those that wish to add it to a specific page, and they will be looking for specific instructions. A titled paragraph for each would be nice.
JMHO.
That being said, I think it covers all the bases as is.

BTW This is a professional quality script, very tight! Hat's Off to you Guys!
